LAÖ Eastern Townships

What does the main pavilion at Laö Cabines include?

The main pavilion includes two showers, two toilets, electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, trail maps, equipment rentals, and ice bags. It's also the starting point to reach your tiny cabin on foot (wheeled carts and sleds available in winter). All in a forest setting at the heart of the Laö Cabines estate in the Eastern Townships.

How does the thermal spa with hot tubs and sauna work?

The thermal spa is located behind the pavilion, among the trees. It includes two outdoor hot tubs and a sauna. Access is by reservation, in 45-minute slots, to preserve privacy. A reservation sheet is available at the welcome pavilion — simply add your name. Access is included with stays in tiny cabins and RV sites.

Is the spa and sauna in the Eastern Townships accessible year-round?

Yes. The thermal area is open year-round. The sauna is particularly enjoyed in winter after a day of snowshoeing or fat biking, while the hot tubs are pleasant in any season. For those looking for a spa and sauna in the Eastern Townships included with a tiny cabin stay, it's a major asset of Laö Cabines. Reservations are made on site at the welcome pavilion.

Is there an extra fee for the thermal spa?

No. Access to the Laö Cabines thermal spa (two hot tubs and one sauna) is included in the stay rate, whether for a tiny cabin or RV site. Only the 45-minute time slots must be reserved on site to preserve privacy for each group. Towels and personal supplies are bring-your-own or available for rent at the welcome pavilion.

Is the pavilion accessible to visitors without a reservation?

The main pavilion is accessible to all visitors (information, trails, equipment rentals). However, the thermal spa with hot tubs and sauna and the tiny cabins are reserved for those with a booking at Laö Cabines. For a visit without a stay, contact the team: depending on availability, a one-off welcome may be arranged.
