How many guests can Base Camp accommodate?

Base Camp sleeps up to 3 guests: one king bed, one extra child mattress, and a crib are available. It's our only unit with a king bed and a configuration specifically suited to families with a young child. For a family looking for a tiny cabin rental in the Eastern Townships with hotel-like comfort and flexibility, it's the flagship suggestion.

Is there an EV charging station?

Yes. Base Camp is BESIDE LAO's unit equipped with an EV charging station, in addition to standard electricity, Wi-Fi, and running water. For travelers in electric vehicles looking for a tiny cabin rental in the Eastern Townships with on-site charging, it's the most practical option. Other LAO units do not include this charging station.

What's the difference between Base Camp and the Orée or Coteau?

All three are equipped (electricity + Wi-Fi + water). But Base Camp is the only one to offer: king bed, indoor full bathroom, EV charger, cathedral ceilings, and Base Habitation® architecture. It's a premium product, sold via a separate reservation. The Orée and Coteau retain a dry toilet and showers at the pavilion, at a more affordable rate.
