Nested on the mountainside, the Sylvestre panoramic shelter is surrounded by a mature, enveloping forest, which protects it from the sun and envelopes it with freshness in the summer. Open to the majestic landscape of the Charlevoix backcountry, it offers a breathtaking view of Lake Nairne and the mountains of the Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie, as well as the ever-changing spectacle of the sky ablaze at sunset.
To live on the Sylvestre archipelago is to float between heaven and earth, to take root in the lightness of an exceptional natural space in order to drift slowly, far from ordinary life.
